About Me

I've been a trainer and strength coach for the last 9 years, have studied extensively in holistic nutrition, corrective exercise, performance training and have worked with a variety of people. Some of my clients include members of the Chicago Bulls, pro fitness competitors, world champion jiu jitsu fighters, nationally ranked swimmers, Ironman triathletes, Fortune 500 executives, soccer moms and average Joe's. My Interests

Love to be active, workout, being outside. Like to try new things! Don't get me wrong, I love the couch on a cold day...but the majority of the time, I like to be doin something. Love the beach, deep sea fishin, goin out on the town, goin to dinner with friends..just about anything! I could go to Omaha Nebraska with the right people, and have a blast. ( sorry if you live in Omaha, hopefully you get my point)

Anybody that is terrified to be 65 years old, saying 'I wish I woulda, coulda...' Don't be a statistic! People that are creating somethin... There's nothin better than someone on purpose, changing and focussed!
