Cult Nemesis[Buscamos bajista y lead guitar]

It all started in the city of Tijuana, Mexico, when 3 young men from the “Instituto Mexico” High school, started to play some cover songs, mainly in trash and progressive metal, and later on started to write down their own songs in late 2004, these young men: Manuel “Mr. Biffy” Collins (Drums), Carlos Carrillo “C.r.”(former lead guitarist) and Luis Castro (rhythm guitar), had a vision of a unique and powerful sound, so they started with their first song “For The Triumph” (current name of their EP), and by spring 2005 they had released 4 songs and a fourth member had lined-up for bass guitar, Servando “Maverick” Mendoza a talented musician,(also seen on successful band Euterpe) was completing this powerful foursome delivering a nice powerful tone, with time the band was auditioning some vocalists and in early May 2005, after various auditions, Mr. Biffy had sent a message to Mike “Sir Boner” Arvizu, replying to an ad “Boner” had posted on a musicians site interested in joining a metal band in the area. So after that audition the next thing “Boner” heard from the band was “see ya next week man!”.In early fall Luis needed to quit the band due to familiar probs, and for some reason “C.r.” also quitted the band so the band was incomplete but still playing, still rehearsing and Frank Melendez, a close friend of “Boner”, had temporarily joined the band as a lead guitarist along with “Maverick” both played guitar while “Boner” took control over bass, so the essence of the band was still alive, while lyrics and new arrangements including new tunings were added to the sound of Cult Nemesis. The name of the band was simply figured due to all of them were a cult, a group of musicians , “What destiny will this bring us ??” one of them said, and Luis reminded of the Greek goddess “Nemesis”, “Yes this is a cult for Nemesis”,- “How about Cult Nemesis !!??” Mr. Biffy addressed.Cult Nemesis’s songs are quite varied and each one has a unique sound. They tagged themselves as a “Progressive-Trash” metal band and you can find 70s, 80s, 90s , Heavy and Progressive Metal influences along with modern N?-Metal,Death,Industrial;Epic,Doom and some Grind and Hardcore too. “We go a step back, to gain two steps ahead”, Boner says. The Band has socialized with bands worldwide and you can also add a great amount of fans throughout the world. The Band started the recording of their debut demo on early October 2006 and had released it on early 2007. Cult Nemesis promises another demo very soon and also shows and tours in the upcoming seasons. So speaking of talent, authenticity and power, Cult Nemesis is the new face of the all-time-strong Metal !!.--------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------- Todo comenzó en la ciudad de Tijuana, México cuando 3 jóvenes del "Instituto México", comenzaron a tocar "covers" de "trash" y metal progresivo, y con el Tiempo fueron escribiendo sus propias canciones a finales del 2004(aproximadamente), estos jóvenes: Manuel "Mr. Biffy" Collins (batería), Carlos Carrillo "C.r." (ex-guitarrista líder) y Luís Castro (guitarra rítmica), Tuvieron la visión de un sonido poderoso y único, así que empezaron con la Canción "For The Triumph" (actual nombre del demo) y para la primavera del 2005 Habían compuesto 5 canciones, para entonces se había alineado un cuarto miembro En el bajo: Servando "Maverick" Mendoza, un músico muy talentoso de la exitosa Banda "Euterpe". Es así como completan un potente cuarteto, creando un sonido Poderoso. Con el tiempo la banda audicionaba vocalistas para la banda, y fue Entonces a principios de Mayo 2005, despues de varias audiciones cuando "Mr. Biffy" le manda un mensaje a Mike, para audicionarlo, ya que este ultimo había Puesto un anuncio en un sitio de Internet interesado en unirse a una banda de Metal en Tijuana, así que después de la audición lo siguiente que escucha Mike Fue: "Sale guey, le caes para la siguiente semana" !En otoño de ese mismo año Luís tuvo que dejar la banda por razones familiares, y por algún motivo C.r. también dejo la banda, así que la banda había quedado incompleta, pero seguian ensayando y tocando y Frank Melendez, un amigo de Mike, había unidose a la banda temporalmente como guitarrista líder junto con "Maverick", los dos en la guitarra, mientras que Mike tomo control sobre el bajo, así que la esencia de la banda se mantenía viva, mientras letras y arreglos se agregaban al sonido de Cult Nemesis. El nombre de la banda simplemente se origino debido a que ellos eran, son y serán siempre un culto, un grupo de músicos. "Que destino nos traerá esto ??", uno de ellos dijo, y Luís recordó a la diosa griega Nemesis, "Si es un culto a Nemesis!!", "Hey, que tal Cult Nemesis ?", Mr. Biffy pregunto.Las Canciones de Cult Nemesis son bastante variadas y cada una cuenta con un Sonido propio, ellos mismos de catalogan como una banda de metal "Progressive-Trash" y se pueden hallar influencias de metal progresivo y Variados tanto de los 70s,80s y 90s, asi como toques de Nu-Metal,Death,Industrial,Epic,Doom y un poco de Grind y Gore también, "Tomamos Un paso hacia atrás, para impulsarnos dos pasos hacia adelante", dice Mike. La Banda ha socializado con bandas alrededor del mundo, a lo que se le puede Agregar una buena cantidad de fanáticos en todo el planeta. La banda comenzó a Grabar su demo debut a principios de Octubre del 2006, para ser oficialmente Lanzado a la venta a principios del 2007. Cult Nemesis promete otro demo muy Pronto junto con show y giras en las temporadas entrantes, Así que hablando de Talento, autenticidad y potencia, Cult Nemesis es la nueva cara de el siempre Fuerte y querido Metal!!!
