Phunkaphillia are a brand new collective of some of London’s most exciting and accomplished jazz-funk musicians.Members have performed with the likes of Errol Brown, Patti Austin, Rose Royce and the London Community Gospel Choir.This 5-piece outfit perform a mixture of original compositions, jazz standards, salsa and soul covers.Phunkaphillia have received airplay on Steve Quirk’s ‘Fusion Flavours’ show on Jazz fm in the UK, and on Dermott Hussey's 'The Global Beat', a nightly music show on Radio Jamaica (RJR Supreme 94).Mark Devereux (Managing Partner at Olswang Solicitors- the UK’s largest media and entertainment firm):“The band are truly excellent in terms of their performances and are one of the most accomplished bands that we have ever had the pleasure of listening to.
