About Me

Drummer turned Dj, Koneka (cone-eek-ah) arrived into the Chicago house scene in thelate 90's. Warm loft high rises to musty dank basements, Cole was in love. Not until early 2006 did he begin djing. Since his debut onthe decks, Koneka has spun countless events, been hosted on serious-sounds radio,ibreaks.co.uk, is a regular guest dj for the reputable NeighborhoodProductions, and has collaborated with nationwide dj's/producers to form "DeadMonk Society". Spanning to progressive breaks, nu-skool breaks, or even chicagohouse, Konekas' sets are guaranteed to warm the subcockles of your heart!
