New people and new places. Boys with dreds. Starving artists. Tortured souls. Music, good music (it's all relative though so don't get mad if I don't like your favorite band). Nice, loungy, clubs with cool DJs and generous bartenders. Art, art museums, art galleries and the like. I love yoga. I hate cardio, unless I'm getting my heart rate up on the dancefloor--then by all means bring on the sweat! I have an almost unnatural love of animals. I should say I love pets, 'cause I'm not a member of PETA, nor am I opposed to eating cows, chickens and fish. I love candy (this is not a veiled drug reference). I know how to knit, cook, garden--I'm basically an independent woman who can embrace her inner Donna Reed when necessary. I bet I can beat you in Jeopardy. Oh, and I was born on 4/20 so for those who know--nuff said. I've also been known to spend hours upon hours playing video games on Xbox when the mood strikes me.

I'd like to meet honest, smart, witty, funny people. Someone who can understand and handle my sarcasm. Infinite patience wouldn't hurt either. And Busdriver, he’s my baby daddy, he just don’t know it yet.MOVE ALL HTML CODES (IMAGES/WIDGETS/SLIDESHOWS/VIDEOS) BELOW THIS CODE
Busdriver (of course), Modest Mouse, The Killers, Bjork,Regina Spektor, Roisin Murphy, Mos Def, Queens of the Stone Age, Jungle/Drum and Bass, House, Underground hip-hop, Incubus, System of a Down, Esthero, Portishead, The Strokes, Common, Heiro, The Beatles, Outkast, John Mayer, Daft Punk, Tenacious D, Tribe Called Quest (not the love movement, never that), James Taylor, Coldplay, Dresden Dolls, The White Stripes, Weezer, Pharcyde (damn yall, what happened?), Goodie Mob, Bob Marley, Damien Marley, The Roots, The Police, The Fixx (only 'one thing leads to another')...etc, etc, etc. What I listen to really depends on how I feel that day. What, you too? Oh, and for some reason I get a lot of new music from TV commercials.
Oh how I love Indie movies. Let's see....Love me if you Dare, Amelie, Napoleon Dynamite, Trainspotting, High Fidelity, Pi,...the list is much too long.I also love horror/suspense films, especially all the recent re-made, re-vamped zombie flicks. I have recurring dreams about zombies and these films help me hone my zombie fighting skills.I like foreign films for the aspect of hearing other languages and learning about other cultures. I especially like Japanese films, and Japanese horror is some of the weirdest shit you will ever see. Anybody seen "Audition"?
I've become recently opposed to cable bills so local TV is pretty much my shit. I loooove the sitcoms and dramas on NBC namely-30 Rock (Tracy Morgan + Tina Fey=HILARIOUS!!), The Office, Heroes, Scrubs and My name is Earl. PBS is the greatest channel in America- Be more informed people! And of course football rules-Go Colts!!
I'll read anything that Stephen King writes--doesn't mean I'll like it, but probably. Ralph Ellison, Richard Wright, Thomas Wolfe, William S. Burroughs, Charles Bukowski, Hunter S. Thompson. I don't read much non-fiction anymore, it feels so much like school, but occasionally I make acceptions. Reading is fundamental, and it comes in handy when the TV goes out.
Mom, Dili, Brandon, and Crystal. All for their very own, very special, very personal reasons.
