About Me

i live in toronto, and escape to my mom's house in the woods when i can. i'd rather stay up all night long and watch the sun rise before tucking myself into bed. i like to think i'm an intelligent being, i like to read books and online comics. i am getting a tv just so that i can play my original nes on it--maniac mansion is my favourite game! i like to go out, drink and be merry. i head to toronto when time and funds permit, as i don't drive. i like camping, even if it's cold out, it's just an excuse to eat s'mores. i like going for long walks in the forest by my house, and running on the pond when it freezes over in the winter. caffiene junkie, sugar junkie, makeout bandit. inked and poked six times, and counting. i'm dreadfully shy when i first meet people--i'm such a chickenshit, i hardly ever talk first. i'm half dutch, and i'm not sure what else.
i wish i had the guts to commit myself to something, anything. as much as i hate indecision, i am often the definition of the word, jumping around between choices. i act and speak before i think. sometimes it gets me into trouble. i wish it didn't.
hearts: crooked teeth. rosy cheeks. those pauses in conversation when all you want to do is stare at each other. touch. cold apple juice. eating sweet peaches. hot chocolate on cold days. listening to the rain fall. cuddling on the couch. playing 8-bit nintendo for hours at a time. lip nibbling. biting.
hates: indecision. neediness. lonliness. distance. zucchini. cold mornings taking me away from pleasant slumber.

crazy times

we had a party at my house this weekend it was amazing, insane, out of control or maybe that was just me. i missed work on saturday, slept through the whole shift. almost got fired, saved my ass...

i need a haircut

when i get paid. again. as each paycheck never seems to be enough, in the face of bills and rent and groceries. i love living by myself. i hate being grown up.
