I have Cystic Fibrosis. I have had it most of my life. It is a lung disease. Most of my friends in high school never new I had it, because I was ashamed about it. Some people would not talk to me because I had it and they thought they would get it. You can't catch it. I graduated from high school in 2002. That was a ruff year being pregnant and trying to finish school and everything eles that was going on with me being sick and going to the doctors that was 4 hours away. That was along journey that year. That year in October I had Austen Tyler. He was born on my moms birthday. So it was a special birthday for my mom. I am not Katie Schade anymore. I sure do miss my last name. I have two kids Wyatt & Austen Cole. I love them so much. They are my world. I would love to have at least one more. I like to cook for my family. I like to cook new stuff.
