About me:
My name is Gis Johannsson (pronounced geese). I'm from Iceland and I live in Nashville.
I'm working on my third album and hooking up with other writers in Nashville. In fact if you are a writer and want to hook up, let's get in touch! If you are a publishing company, also plz get in touch. If you are record company, well yeah.. you know I wanna get in touch.
Prior to moving to Nashville I lived in Los Angeles where I played at some of my favorite country music venues, rodeos and fairs as well as touring over seas. I miss my friends in LA!
I've recorded two albums, "Bring Me You" (02) and Native Son (04).
I'm a grinner I'm a lover, been on the ticket with Lonestar, Jo Dee Messina, Phil Vassar, Buddy Jewell, Hal Ketchum and Dwight Yoakam. Had great fun too!
