About Me

DRY HEAVE
More than alot of bands these days don't really think outside the box. Every band that comes along tries to fit into the mold of a particular genre and as a result end up sounding like all the other bands within that genre with no uniques distinction what so ever. The end result is a plethora of "cookie cutter" metal bands making noise just for the sake of making noise. Alot of the bands on the local scene come out and they'll have these fancy t-shirts and logos and all this expensive professional looking shit, but their members will be in and out like a revolving door with no loyalty and their music is not distinct or ground breaking. then they'll break up in 2 months. Well that's not us. We don't hvae a bunch of flashy merch. We aren't little boys with rich parents that support our musical endevours and pay for all our shit. We are poor white trash and we struggled hard and paid fro every dime of what we have ourselves. We will never refer to ourselves as Hardcore, Grindcore, Breakcore, Pussycore, or any other kind of trendy word to try to seem cool or hip to any type of scene. What we will do is deliver straight up, no bullshit heaby metal, drencehd with killer riffs, leads, fills, and vocals. We've created a unique genre all our all own called "Pyschedellic Thrash". We won't alternate band members every other week becaue we are a tightly knit brotherhood. We've been doing this for almost 5 years and we are not going away any time soon. We are a band for all the people who are like us and are sick and tired of all the generic, emotionless, souless garbage devoid of groove thats been shoved down our throats for the past decade. We have true grit and we are a band you can stand behind for years to come, and be proud of. You can rest assured that when you say "I listen to Dry Heave", you are saying, "I Have Big Balls!!" we will never fit in, we will stay true to ourselves and never let down the people who truely love our music. We back everything we say onstage, and on CD. If we piss you off it's cause you know what we say is true. Our music is a fine tuned knife stabbing into the face of all who oppose. We are chomping at the bit and ready to take on the world. Like the song says, "we will erode the foundation of your hip hop genration." Break the Mold!! If you have never seen us before be sure to come to the next live show and find out what you are missing
