Reflect Jesus. Love the world.

About Me

My name is Zane. I'm called to lead and help others connect to Jesus through love, worship, and his message of hope. I believe that following him is about more than just being the only way to heaven. I believe that living a life of honesty, generosity, forgiveness, kindness and love is the best way to live in a broken world. I love my wife, my family and my friends. I love all music and I believe that God soothes our souls with it, along with giving us an amazing way to praise Him. I love movies, but more than that I'm completely addicted to 24. Jack Bauer is my hero. I enjoy hearing a dynamic speaker and worshipping with a talented group of people who are driven by it. I live in Knoxville, TN once again and I love this place. I believe that it's one of the best places to live in the world. I stay involved in leading worship and doing ministry but no longer for a paycheck because of my own personal preference. I try to live my life now as an open book due to my shortcomings in the past. I can't live one single day without Christ. I will always try to show the message of Christ more through my life and my love instead of just with my mouth. I want who I am on the outside to match who I am on the inside(transformed). I pray that Jesus uses my life as a means of changing the world in some way or another.

When I sat down here today I kinda realized something that I'm very ashamed of.  I don't trust Christ.  I know that sounds really strange because it's so alarming to hear and part of me on t...

Light of the World

I recently was at a conference where I heard Bono (of U2) in an interview. Yeah. Bono. I've been a huge U2 fan for a long time, but this has nothing to do with my opinion of Bono's beliefs. I just lov...

Worth

Much of my life I believed that worship was just simply the songs that I sing on Sunday or Wednesday.  I grew up thinking that worship was just another fancy Christian word to describe what...
