About Me

I don't really use myspace that often. I'm more of a facebook junkie. Ok About Me (Short & Sweet) - Grew up everywhere, but consider Colorado my home - Went to Duke and LOVED every minute of it - Was commissioned in the Navy in 2004 & selected to go to flight school, but ended up hanging around Duke for an extra year aka victory lap - Got out of the Navy early and moved back to North Carolina to be with the boyfriend (now fiance!) - Worked an ok job and moved on - Got a new job and I like it so far - I have a fat cat. He's mean and only likes me. - I don't know what else to write ... I'm nice, I love beer and bacon cheeseburgers, I enjoy cooking but don't do it that much, I like reading but watch tv more often, I used to be shy but I'm not anymore, I'm in love, and I'm a huge dork ... just unbelievably goofy. That's about it.

My Interests

my fat cat, Clint, bacon cheeseburgers with jalapenos, forensic shows & documentaries about creepy stuff, wasting time on facebook, buying too many clothes

I'd like to meet:

All these people on myspace who I apparently graduated high school with ... I don't remember half of them.

Music:

Too many to name. But, I like good music.

Movies:

All Sorts ... Finding Neverland (pass the tissues), Pulp Fiction, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Trainspotting, Garden State, Batman, Napoleon Dynamite, I Heart Huckabees, Old School, Super Troopers, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Newsies, Dodgeball, Friday Night Lights, Fight Club, The Big Lebowski, Mean Girls, Keeping the Faith, Cold Mountain, Back to the Future, American Pie, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Ocean's Eleven ...... and on and on and on ....

Television:

Grey's Anatomy, Sex & the City, Friends, Project Runway, almost anything on A&E, Antiques Roadshow (yes, I'm a dork), random shows on VH1, and I'll watch whatever Real World/Road Rules thing that is going on at the moment

Books:

Favorite Book Hands Down: The Heart is a Lonely Hunter by Carson McCullers - it's not a romance novel, trust me
