Christian Chavez (born Jose Christian Chavez Garza on August 7, 1983 in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico) is a Mexican singer and actor. He is best known as a member of the pop group RBD and for his role as Giovanni Mendez Lopez in Rebelde. From this novela came the band RBD. Although he gained fame with Rebelde, he has appeared in the also very famous telenovela Clase 406 as the role of Fercho along with his co-stars Dulce Maria, Anahi, and Alfonso Herrera. He is also very well known for his hair; it has been blonde, red, orange & yellow, purple, hot pink, bleach blonde with hot pink highlights and, more recently, bleach blonde again.
