Though my mother told me it was only a toy, I could not forgive the silence of my teddy bear.

About Me

When you add to the truth, you subtract from it. So I will keep things simple.I'm a native Philadelphian, although, I'd rather not claim that as much as I should. I tend to boast more about Vermont and New England Living oppose to where my roots still lie. I care more for the people I've befriended between these two places than I generally do about my own person. I am a devout boyfriend who feels that he's achieved more than most people on this planet for nothing more than the sheer luck of finding my one in a billion so early in life.I am fixed on the belief that positive thinking will indeed get me somewhere finer than my current situation. I believe in having a work ethic. I do not lie, steal, cheat, or tolerate those who do. I'm a firm believer in many of the Southern hospitalities...Chew with your mouth shut, open doors for either gender, stand up when a women approaches the table, and of course, no snot rockets. I'm not heavily religious myself, but do believe in having a spirited nature about oneself and the ultimate belief that your time on this earth comes but once, and you've got to enrich and enliven all you can while given this one-time offer. I am not a fan of anything quick fixed. I enjoy cooking as much as the eating. I feel my degree in Environmental Studies does not ultimately signify that I deserve a better paying position geared toward my career pursuits...I actually feel what I learned was for nothing more than personal knowledge. I feel more people should learn something new 'just because'. I love projects of any sort. I refer to people by their names if they have a nametag on. I walk way too often, and attempt to commute or carpool when possible. I decline most offers, even if they are from friends and aim to help me. I have too much music on my iPod, yet find the time to read. I can take it as much as dish it out. I know what it's like to have both; skiers thumb and video-gamer's cramps. I'd rather walk into a store with twenty dollars in coins found throughout a house or car between six people than have one friend pull out a single bill.I believe in fashion, just don't feel we all need to practice it. I probably go through more dental floss in six months than the average person does in two years. I can't convince myself that we've actually ever touched the moon, nor can I believe that my vote matters. I never understood how come Americans could never arrange a universal health-care, how come my hair manages to defy gravity every morning, and still wonder where Jimmy Hoffa's body is buried.I barely can operate most cell phones, yet am probably that random person you'd expect to hear from via the phone. I feel that Cologne, if worn, is meant to be applied in moderation. I try my hardest to return phone calls, but am not always on point. I indulge in coffee and cigarettes, and do crossword puzzles. I love long walks off short tangents.I collect insects, read ziggy comic strips, really don't mind standing in lines, and couldn't go a year without celebrating 'talk like a pirate day' [Sept. 19th]. I like movies, but not so much the tv. I rely on calendars. I rarely carry a watch but am a slave to our conventional time-scheme. I know how many licks it takes to get to the center of a 'Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop'. Not too big on those people who feel 'age is just a number'. I look up as much as down. I feel self depravation is a good thing, but those types of pilgrimages should always include the ones most cherished. I listen as much as speak. I remember as much as you'd hope I would forget. I write down things more than I would ever really need to. I don't forget birthdays and like to make people homemade cards. I like to look things up and learn about that which I actually don't know. I clean compulsively and organize better than trapper-keepers.And like everybody else, I thrive for a moment to reflect on things through the magnifying glass found only at the bottom of the pint glass.

My Interests

Environmental awareness, intellectual properties, good times, snap-shots and slap-shots, nomadic travel, fruitful pursuits.

I'd like to meet:

It may be compared to a cage; The birds without try desperately to get in, whereas, those within try desperate to get out.Like most people, I really am just looking for some good conversation, hard-hitting banter, and of course, the occasional excursion into the unknown...Or as the Darkness Brothers know it best; the Abyss

I have A Miscellany Number of friends.
