About Me

About me,huh? I was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico. Lived there for about 10 years before moving to Florida. Though most of my friends say that they couldn't tell because I don't have any sort of accent. I have lived in Florida since 1985. I'm a laid back person who just is out for a good time and having a good conversation with anyone. I am known for striking a conversation with random strangers just about anywhere. I'm usually hanging out at home or out with friends Or on the backyard hammock. I love traveling, especially to the Islands of the Caribbean, there's something to be said about laying on a hammock on the beach with turquoise water splashing in the background and the breeze rolling thru with a Bud light at hand......I am also an avid SCUBA diver.The peacefulness and serenity of the ocean at 60 feet underwater that is almost intoxicating. Just to hear your bubbles going by as you float into an underwater realm. I work 40 hrs a weekas a professional Animal Trainer for one of the theme parks int town... though it be more fun to train people :0) I live with 2 roommates. I sometimes like to spend my time outside either in the backyard Hammock, looking at cars (there's something to be said about the smell of 102 Octane gas in the air and the sound of a Race car at the track running down the line spanking the opposite driver as he gets spanked)... As most my friends will tell you I am a big car guy. Most would consider me a Gearhead. I love going to the bithlo track in occasion and watching the races, though I can appreciate some cars as the drive by down the road..I also like riding on my Motorcycle. My new thing is rat rods and custom bikes, and the pin up girls that walk at around the rat rod events, Absolutely HOT....My Fav. motorcycle style has to be a Pro-Street Rod Bike. Gotta also love the FLORIDA GATORS (GO GATORS)... My other semi regular place ot hang out is Positanos in Ocoee Good food, Good company... My Interests

The perfect outdoor day is when there's no clouds in the sky and there's a High Royal Blue Ceiling. Temp's about 80 degrees and there's a slight breeze in the air as you rock side to side on a cotton woven hammock and youhear the wave slowly crashing. I like to be outdoors, when it's not 100 degrees, though a hot day makes it for a fun day at the beach or swimming at the springs. If I'm not riding my bike offroad or hiking, I'm sitting at home relaxing. I also love driving, so I might be somewhere in a fast car, though I own a 1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse, Got to love those old DSM's. It's kinda fast. I also have a Black Honda Vtwin cruiser which I just had customized. I have friends in the Car business so every once in a while I'll go and drive a Ferrari or a Lambo to say that I have. I also like to cook, and NO I don't burn things... I'm all about Major League Baseball. I am usually found Between Feb.25 and March 27 at the Spring Training camps at either Kissimmee for the Houston Astros or at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex Watching the Atlanta Braves... How much fun is it to watch baseball with a hotdog and a bud light, screaming "Hey batter batter batter,SWING". I also like the sport of cycling.. Can't decide if I like road or Off road cycling better.... It's very relaxing to go for a ride down an old country road with a group trying to go as fast as you can. I like watching the Tour de France in the summer ( Lance, you will be missed) and also working out at the gym... It is a nice stress reliever after a rought day at work. I will say that I don't stress much at work or in my personal life, but it is nice to lift some weights...

Music:

Music is the medium in which memories are carried through, that's why when you hear a particular song it takes you back to a time you either remember in a positive or negative light. Music has always been in my life since I was a kid. I remember my fist Cd I bought was from an up and coming small band from Ireland called U2, then in 8th grade someone gave me a tape of what i thought was just loud stuff. Who would've know that Metallica was going to be that big? I listen to everything from country to jazz, hard rock and everything else in between. My fav. groups are U2 and a Belgian band called Hooverphonic, Deftones, DLG, Mana, Alejandro Sanz, Bjork,Dierks Bentley, and Toby Keith, Ricky martin, etc.... Why limit your self to just listening to just one type of music style when there's a whole world out there!!!! I also cruise small independent music stores at times looking for that next big thing... I also love my XM radio. my TV and computer away , but don't touch my radio. Movies:

Movies and like moods, sometimes you want to watch an action flick, sometimes a drama.. One of my favorites is The Thomas Crown affair remake in 1998. I'm also a fan Of the James Bond series. I also love horror movies and anything N.Night Shamylan... And what can you say about the latest Gone in 60 Seconds. All those cars and Angelina Jolie.

Television:

Overhaulin on TLC, RIDES on TLC, Good eats on food network, Bullshit on Showtime, Today show in the morning for news, Biker Build off, Real World, Monster Garage, Orange County Choppers and just about anything on the SPEED network,Telemundo, Galavision, National geographic TV, and Discovery Channel..

Books:

The last book that I read from one end to another was "The mind of a raven". It's a book on animal behavior. Also anything by, Sir. David Attenborough and Langston Hughes.

Heroes:

Wasn't it Chrales Barkley that said "I'm not here to be a role model".... Oh sorry, back to the topic at hand. One of my heroes def. has to be Lance Armstrong. Not only did he win number 7, but has defeated so many obstacles, and refuses to give up. Also Mrs. Maderer. She was my 8th grade Sience teacher. She's the reason that I stuck with Science and I am doing what I do for a living.
