I am here for Friends

About Me

..I'm an outgoing, loving, lazy, sometimes feisty, friendly person, and I would consider myself pretty much a 'Leo' to a tee (look it up). I can be very generous and other times very selfish. I can be easily hurt yet I'm very forgiving at times. I usually like just about every living creature (especially turtles, dogs, birds and monkeys)...and flowers.. I like to laugh a lot, and talk a lot...I consider myself a decent human being. I am very protective of the ones I love. I don't get along with many females. I love modest mouse. In fact, I'm a little obsessed...here's some videos; enjoy! Modest Mouse - Invisible
.. Moving on~ Blues didn't make the playoffs...Sad...I enjoy a good hockey game but not most other sports. I am usually down for gettin' down, but other times I like to take it easy...I'm definitely a confrontationalist...I think more people should be like me (in that sense). Sleeping is nice...I like to watch soaps (only 2!) and they're the good ones. (y&r-35 years baby!). I love music--always have, and I like to play music as well, such as the DRUMS~!, a little piano and singing...Former band member. (yes, both kinds!) I like to dance (especially to funk and bluegrass). I'm an excellent parallel parker and clap starter. I have always had an unusual tendency to pick out songs on the first or second note. I used to tell my mom if they had Name that Tune that wasn't show tunes I could make us rich one day (I still believe that). I hate when people use the N-word. (derogatory). But I guess I understand why some black people use the word if they feel it diminishes the power and pain it caused over the years and to date. I love lotsa different music, especially Talib Qweli...so you should check this video out: I dislike hypocrites and self-righteous, close-minded people. I love to speak my mind. If I didn't I would feel empty inside. I don't want to change for anyone. I like to help people, even if it sometimes hurts me in the process. I like plants. Sunshine. Fresh Air. Driving can be fun, as long as it's not for endless hours...I love to go places, and I especially like Europe, California (some parts), Colorado and Oregon. I would love someday to go back to Paris-- maybe take my mom to the Louvre, and the Palace of Versailles...I also would like to one day visit Japan (I miss you already Ashley!), New Zealand, Australia, and the Netherlands (one can hope). My fav. ocean is around Cancun, but I love the beach sand of Gulf Shores, AL. I just recently graduated with an Environmental Studies degree at MU. I will be looking forward to getting involved in environmental organizations and businesses around mid-Missouri, while also waitressing and such. I am will aspiring to become a grant writer, lobbyist or environmental magazine writer. But for now I'm just trying to get my life together and keep my head on straight ya dig... I enjoy a slow-paced lifestyle, but I enjoy the luxuries of modern technology...also LOVE ASHANTI!!HERE'S ASHANTI'S NEW VIDEO down here...check it out!Flying Green myspace layout from www.MyFlirtySpace.com
