A Chipmusic/8bit net-label set up in 2004 by Jake Manley and Andrew Denmead. However at the begining of 2007 Andrew decided that he'd rather spend his free time watching endless episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm and listening to Balkan folk music.
Kittenrock.co.uk has mainly released music from Jellica, Dr Dru, Grandtheftandrew and Josstintimberlake but there were also a few others, like Crosis and hilarious French metal band Anakin. We have also just released a new EP by Ikuma , from Singapore.
We prefer to focus mainly on the more techno/electro/rave/breakcore/electronica/noise/pop side of chipmusic, but we are open minded.
