I really enjoy reading travel narratives. I have read most books by Paul Theroux. Robot series by Issac Asimov, natural history books such as The eternal Frontier by Tim Flannery and Annals of the former world by John McPhee, Guns Germs and Steel by Jared Diamond, Artic Crossing by Jonathan Waterman, The Longest Walk by George Meegan, The Farfarers by Farly Mowat, Anatomy of Power by John K. Galbraith, the Origin of Language - Tracing the evolution of the mother tongue by Merrit Ruhlen. Currently reading RINGWORLD by Larry Niven in preparation for the Balticon at the end of May.
