Coming from a rock guitar background, I started to compose in the last few years during my studies as a composition student at the Rimon School of Jazz and Contemporary Music where I discovered the world of "serious" classical music.I write my own instrumental music plus music for film and other mediums.
Amongst other thngs I wrote the orcehstral score for the comedy "Israeli Intelligence". You can check it out on www.mosad.co.il I also wrote music for a number of documentaries and short films which aired on different tv channels. I also just recently finished writing the music for a children tv series.Future plans include writing music to whoever wants to listen and also for those who don't, play guitar and bring world peace.About the tracks:string trio played by Trio Erato: Natasha Sher violin, Yael Patish viola, Sasha Kotler cello.Devash is the second movement from an orchestral piece called Nana which was final composition project at the Rimon School. Idit Shotman conducted the Kibbutz Chamber Orcehstra. My mentor for this project was Oded Zehavi (go check out his page).Hine Ba Hasheket (Here comes the silence) is the fourth and last movement from Nana. The song originally was by Fortis (an Israeli rock legend) and I kept the lyrics and wrote new music that is an homage to his work. The singer in this piece is the fabulous Anat Weinger.
