Soundlessons was created in 1999
by Dj/Promoter..Producer- J-Logic &
Graphic Designer/Artist/Producer- Zeke Trejo
after sampling all of the Various night life activites
they both realized that none of these events that they were attending represented themselves or thier friends
so they took it upon themselves to create a new movement that would incorperate real art and real music.
Basically Push the boundires that other people didn't want to or have the guts to.
therefore spawning the term:
Soundless.. An Evening of Communication
and thier Motto= Listen-Communicate-Teach
they then decided to play every style of music under the same roof at one time.
J-Logic who was one of the Key members responsible for the success of Firecracker in
Chinatown then sought out to form the Soundlessons Collective.
Each Dj holds a residency @ every ground breaking hot spot in LA and they come together under one roof once a month to share it's love of music and art with the people of L.A.
They dig deep in their crates & take you on an eclectic journey and offer you a crash course in:
Hip Hop, House, Classic Rock, Neo Soul, Broken Beat, 80's, New Wave, Downtempo, Electro, Afro-Beat, Latin Rhythms, Reggae & anything else they can think of.
