Music.. listening to it live, and jammin' out to it in my car! Getting a card in the mail from a friend that's close to my heart, but physically far away. A good songwriter who can tug at your heart strings with the beauty of their lyrics. The way puppies give you that look and it completely makes you melt. The crazy things my little 2 1/2 year olds say that make me laugh on a daily basis, the wonder of their amazement at the big world.. and the way they can always make my heart smile no matter what kind of day I'm having. A song that brings tears to my eyes.. the sound of a beautiful ballad played on the piano. Listening to people sing their hearts out to the Lord in church every Sunday. An inspirational quote, the soothing sound of an acoustic guitar.. the goosebumps I get when I walk inside Lambeau field.. seeing someone smile like they mean it! The smell of a good candle burning.. finding five bucks in a pair of old jeans. That warm and tingly feeling you get when you can feel the Christmas spirit in the air.. A scent that can bring you right back to a specific moment in time.. seeing God's plan for you unfold right before your eyes!
Still on that list of ones I'd LOVE to meet is Mr. Brett Favre! Other honorable mentions include Nick Lachey, Nate Berkus, and Mr. Matthew McConaughey.. ha, we'll see what happens!!
Check out Chasin' Mason...an AWESOME country band from WI! They're an extremely talented group of guys, who I believe with all of my heart have what it takes to make it *BIG*!!! And while you're at www.chasinmason.net take a gander at the tour page to see when they'll be in your neck of the woods!!!
Not much of a movie buff, just ask anyone who knows me! The answer to "have you seen that movie" the majority of the time is NO... but I'm workin' on it!!! A few of my faves are: The Wedding Planner, The Notebook, The Holiday, How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days, Sweet Home Alabama, Maid In Manhattan, Failure To Launch, and not sure why, but I LOVE the movie Son-In-Law!
Don't watch all that much TV, but I do love Grey's Anatomy, One Tree Hill, and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition!
