About Me

Since this is my about me section, I will proceed to use "I" often. This does not mean that in real life I only talk about myself. I care about you, really.
I like to eat meat, potatos, sushi, and crabs (Maryland blue crabs that I have torn open at a feast). I really like anything stuffed with crab imperial. I love to eat, A LOT. ooo, Spaghetti too. I make a mean green bean caserole and the best brownies east of the Mississippi, though I live on the west side.
I am a transplant from the east coast to the left most, not politically speaking though. Born and raised in Baltimore, now living in sunny SoCal. I like spending as much time as possible wikipediaing and craigslisting. If Wiki says it, it must be true.
California is the summer in the winter of your life and LA is the lover that'll make you leave your wife. She'll kiss you like a virgin then she'll slice you like a knife. The city made of angels is a desert dressed in lights.
I think it is important to constantly be trying to better yourself and continue your education. For this I turned to books- at least it gives me something to discuss at cocktail parties. I am currently working my way through the Modern Library's top 100 best novels of all time list. I switch between those and the works of Neil Strauss. Tom Perkins is a great man and the Maltese Falcon is a work of art. Don't know what I'm talking about? WIKI WIKI

Music:

GUNS 'N ROSES, Starting Line, Lagwagon, Green Day, Killers, NoFX, Blink, any band on Fat Wreck Chords and Drive Thru Records. Punk rock, classic rock, 80s rock, alternative, Carole King and James Taylor. Jackson Browne, but he kind of sucked live. I like to go to a lot of concerts. Boston, .38 Special, Meatloaf, Offspring, Mickey Avalon, Nirvana, The Outfield- OBVIOUSLY they sing the greatest song...Josie's on a vacation far away...next to November Rain, of course. Bowie, Alice Cooper is pretty awesome, New Found Glory, Panic! at the Disco, Muse, MCR, Mest, Allister, I like David Lee Roth but not Sammy Hagar,

E true Hollywood stories, Lifetime movies when I at home with mi madre in mary-land.

Books:

What I don't like: A Confederacy of Dunces. I don't think I have ever felt such disdain for another person as I have for Ignatius. I actually couldn't finish the book because he made me so bad that i would get angry while reading.
My thoughts on Jack Kerouac: I thought this book was supposed to be eye opening and give me perspective. I thought it was one of those books everyone needs to read because you will learn so much blah blah. It wasn't, but I enjoyed it. One day I would like to travel the road with Mr Kerouac. If I had a time machine I would go back to the 50s-60s and we would just travel the country going where the wind blew us. Today i think I only may make it a few miles before I get kidnapped- years later you will read my biography of being picked up in Red Bluff, CA, and forced to live in a wooden box under some weirdo's bed. He will beat me, rape me, and brain wash me- true story. This book is called Perfect Victim: The true story of "The Girl in the Box." it is about Colleen Stan.

Heroes:

Me, Myself, and I
