Zak was born london on 01-02-1981 where he lived till the age of four, and since his very early age he liked the guitar. After completing his education in Algeria he went back to the UK in year 2000 where he developed his skills and knowledge in the world of music production and sound at De Montfort University.
In april 2005 he returned to Algeria to join Belkacem Lahiani and form the new band of Harmonica, and he expressed a lot his talent in the production, recording, mixing, playing different instruments, and singing in this project. Zak worked on many other projects as well as this one such as Sidh, the solo album of Ahmed Benbali, and did a lot of work with Javier Goyes producing fusion music using both traditional flavours.
