Some tips of my very own on dealing with kids: In general: Smile a lot, enjoy them. Specifically if there is a problem: separate the problem person from the group and when it's convenient ask them, "what's up?" with compassion. Let them explain, understand where they're coming from, but then explain why whatever they were doing to break the rules or cause the problem doesn't excuse them from taking responsibility, you're just there to do your job and keep everybody safe and on-task: all the while with a seriousness of your understanding their side interspersed with smiles and maybe laughing (I do that a lot). In this way, you con that person into believing you and not only will they appologize of their own free will and mean it, they'll take your part, more often than not.table table table, div table table{ background-color:rgb(153,153,153);

My Interests

Birth control: it's awesome and important. I love the NuvaRing. It's low dose so your HORMONIES don't go CRASY. Also, you can use it back to back to skip your cycle when you don't feel like dealing with it! Hooray! And you should read The Story of Jane: the legendary underground feminist abortion group. Then feel grateful for living in California in the 21 century.
