Olle Grane: Keyboards, programming
This is a personal contradiction. I don´t usually work with synthetic instruments, yet this is nothing but that. /Try again: Olle Grane: piano
Strange progression that goes over and over, evolving. You get to have another go each round in interpreting the changes. Something to think about. The Jew´s Harp:
Olle Grane: Soprano Sax, Peter Rönn Poulsen: Jew´s Harp. A short piece from a night of ghost stories at the theater! All songs recorded and mixed by Olle Grane (except baritone solo, which was engineered by Gert-Ove "Jatte" Nilsson and mixed by Olle Grane)
Influences: Tricky question, but you might find that my inspiration comes largely from my talented Friends in the section to the right - please pay them a visit! It´s well worth while... I always was more inspired by the people close to me and my neighbourhood than famous artists / musicians heard on records. It´s all in the expression, and I guess you just have to get it raw, straight from the source, to become truly inspired. Preferably close to the performer in a small venue...
Sounds Like: Even harder to tell, I try to make my horns sound original, and not to much like saxophones since I find the instrument a bit repulsive. Kind of a "love / hate" relationship I guess. Yet it´s so comfortable to play... a combination of cello and trombone would probably be a nice sound!
