I take great pride in my sons band ASEMA and try very hard to promote and endorse them. This has been my hobby of late but I also like beadwork, drawing, taking care of my beautiful little girl, Autumn, and being a good mom to all of my kids.
Metallica is number one with me... especially James Hetfield! (Oh yeah!.... If only my husband could look that good!!) My sons band Asema. is my second fave but I'm afraid I'm a bit biased.I tend to like a lot of things my children play for me and a lot of the newer music, but I still listen to a lot of the older tunes and the bizarre interests of my hubby.
Anything I get time to watch. It usually ends up being one of my goofy hubbys horror flicks or cult classics. It's really hard to watch movies anymore with a little girl who can't handle "blood" movies (this is ANYTHING that contains blood, yelling, guns, car crashes, or mechanical appendages (Inspector Gadget's foot.))
You know what?!? ANYTHING but cartoons. The Discovery Channel has a ton of cool stuff but I rarely get to watch unless I beat everyone to the t.v.s. American Idol is an absolute in this household. If its missed all hell breaks loose. Survivor is a MUST if the damn things on. I can even get my hubby to turn from Yu-Gi-Oh re-runs to watch it. (I choose Colby in sexy mode!)
I haven't read a good book in a long time though I miss it a lot. There was a time when I could relax. Not anymore. If you really want specifics we can talk later.
