I am here for Friends

About Me

One of my best friends is from Estonia, so I visited Tallinn with him from Dec. 2006 ~ Jan. 2007. What a great experience! I hope you enjoy this slideshow of pictures from Las Vegas, Laughlin, L.A., N.Y. & Tallinn.

My Interests

What can I say...I love Japan, I love rollercoasters...

I'd like to meet:

I've seen Morrissey in concert numerous times and have been a fan ever since I bought the first SMITHS album while I was a student in Japan back in 1984.Paul Ballard is a British singer/songwriter working to break into the Japanese music scene. Hopefully he will be "big in Japan" soon! As far as who I would like to meet, I always welcome new friends who are kind-hearted, honest and loyal. I especially enjoy getting to know people in Japan, and I hope to move back there in the future! I've been gone way too long...
Morrissey That's How People Grow Up

Music:

I think Ken Hirai is very talented! I enjoy his music so much.

Movies:

I've been a fan of Brooke Shields for 30 years and I loved her as Brenda Starr! It was filmed in 1986 but never released in the USA until 1992 and no sequels were ever made. Yes, I waited six years to see this movie and I was so envious of my friend who saw it theatrically in Japan in 1989 while teaching English there (she was a big Timothy Dalton fan, who starred in the film before being chosen to play James Bond). Happily for me, it is now immortalized on DVD!

Television:

Of course, being a fan of Brooke Shields, I saw every episode of Suddenly Susan. This segment was a favorite as it gave her a chance to sing and dance! This was after her role on Broadway in Grease! and before her Broadway stage performances in Cabaret, Wonderful Town and Chicago.

Books:

If you are not familiar with 9/11 truth, I recommend reading:Debunking 9/11 Debunking: An Answer to Popular Mechanics and Other Defenders of the Official Conspiracy Theory, by David Ray Griffin.Wake up America! We have been lied to on a massive scale and the government is not our friend.

Heroes:

The truth of the late Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre's words becomes ever more clear to me. I became a Catholic in Japan in 1986. After I came to realize the enormity of the crisis of faith in the Church today, its origins and significance, I began to assist at the Traditional Latin Mass offered by the SSPX. Thank God for the Society of St. Pius X and the work they do to preserve and transmit the Catholic Faith as they received it, with clarity and without compromise.
