Books:
I'm a few chapters into "The Sociopath Next Door", It's pretty interesting. Written by a former Harvard Professor, its about how most of us associate being a sociopath with violent criminals, but how there are people among us with no conscious and feel nothing about hurting others.
Heroes:
People who are smart enough to know they deserve better, strong enough to dust themselves off and move on, compassionate enough to put those in need above themselves, humble enough to admit when they are wrong, and
