About Me

ME: Opinionated, short, freckley, stubborn, clumsy. I'll give you the shirt off my back but I won't share my candy. Know a little about alot of things and alot about nothing. So shy it hurts. Everything I do has a soundtrack in my head.
LIKES: Movies, music, TV, Harry Potter books, NPR, Tomb Raider (the video game), good coffee, intelligent people, British humor, animals, snow, Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Cate Blanchett, my friends, my family, my cats, trivia, searching for treasure, sleeping, eating, watching people get hurt on AFV.
And Steve Carrell.
What a HOTASS.
DISLIKES: Homophobes, racists, rednecks, animal abusers, guns, reality TV, mowing the lawn, the sound of my own voice, writing with pencils, arrogant assholes, hot weather, whiskey, telemarketers.
RANDOM CRAP: Own my own house-I only say this because I'm damn proud of it, being a poor, single girl and all. I see a movie every Sunday with my parents. Collect photos of people flipping birds. Love to sing really loud (and very badly) in my car, writing down every quote that makes me giggle, burn cds for my friends of music I love (inevitably music they hate), collecting weirdass names, getting lost in random cities (New Jersey seems to be a favorite). I unintentionally told David Sedaris "F#*! you" in French when he signed my book. Collect Todd McFarlane figures (yes, I take them out of the box). I own 4 cats-actually, they own me. Have a knack for knitting, trivial knowledge of famous people, movies and birds, and driving to places in record time. Have been known to leave nasty notes on people's cars who leave their pets inside them. People, in general, are idiots. 'Nuff said. By the way-visit my website, bilznitches:
My score on The Heroes Personality Test :
Sylar
(You scored 20 Idealism, 70 Nonconformity, 50 Nerdiness)
How can you stop what's coming... when you don't know anything about power? Congratulations, you're Sylar, the artist formerly known as Gabriel Gray! You are a seriously nerdy person with an enormous desire to be different, and to be recognized for it. As long as you don't go eating brains, this doesn't have to be a bad thing at all. You're ambitious, intelligent, tenacious, and unique.Your best quality: Panache Your worst quality: An obsessive desire for recognition and power

People Are Idiots

I have been with my current employer since June. I thought my previous long term job at Kinko's was bad. Not that the actual job was bad-just working with customers all day long and seeing what asshol...

You Kill Me

If you ever had any doubt about Ben Kingsly's talent (Ghandi, Sexy Beast, House of Sand and Fog, Schindler's List), then go see "You Kill Me". Brilliant writing, amazing actors (I still think Tea Leon...

sick

Bonnaroo was hot, smelly and dusty. Now I have a nasty cold to show for it.  But it was worth it to see Tool, The Roots, Ween and Pete Yorn. The Police-not so much. Very disappointing. Stewart Co...

Heroes 5/21

OK, so it's obvious that the Petrelli brothers are out, which is a shame because Peter was some serious eye candy. And is Matt gone as well? That would be a shame as well, only because I love Greg Gru...
