Completely insane, but hilarious. Crazy times "stair-sledding" with the twister mat, and daring Sara to do stupid things naked. Ping pong and pool... Hitting Doug over and over with things and saying "oops... sorry Doug." Rhyming his name with retarded things like 'rug' and 'pug' then making a song out of it. Ironing beads and making friendship bracelets. All the times in Michigan... walking across the log above the dam. "I must have been drunk, because I would never do that," even though Kayleigh was completely sober. The stupid touch machine that sparks excellent songs such as 'Inserte Moneidas.' Adam's hilarious 'fling trick' for when the fish swallows the hook... little did we know it involved brain damage and slow death. Playing cards too much and never knowing when to call 'Bullshit.' Being stuck as the Asshole or the Dirty Whore. Henry boasting about himself being the Queen. Biting the pine trees while swinging and standing. Almost killing ourselves trying to swing in circles by each other. Me itching for hours, later to discover I had pine needles down my shirt for quite some time. Then in Kentucky.. poking nasty dead fish. The sad attempt at a 'beach.' The huge scary spider under the crappy stairs at 'the beach.' Catching little water bugs and naming them. [much, much more.]I'm not crazy gorgeous, and I don't claim to be. I'm completely okay with having an average face and an average body. I'm not super skinny, I'm not very tall, and I'm okay with it. I have lots of freckles on my face, shoulders, and arms. My eyes are lopsided, my hair has a bad cut, and my eyebrows are too thin. My nails are short and often unpainted, unless some chipped remains of polish are stuck behind. I used to have a gap in my teeth big enough to fit a spoon in. I also had fangs. My feet are too small for my body. My hands are really small, too. I probably wear too much makeup, and worry too much about my teeth, face, and hair. You could say I'm vain, and you'd probably be right. I like really ugly things and I also love very unlikely things. I care a lot about people's personality, and sense of humor is totally important. If you can't laugh at yourself, you're missing out. I smile way too much, and laugh at things that aren't funny. I sleep in to late, and am not exactly punctual. I'm not really organized and my room's never very clean. I'm picky about what I wear. I wear either flats or high-heels, there's no happy medium. My ears are gauged 1/2" and I play with the tunnels too much. I'm outspoken, and normally don't know when to shut up. I'll fight about something completely stupid, because I'm stubborn. I'm not overly-confident, I'm actually not that confident about a lot of things. I don't expect the world to be perfect, and it's not. I try to forgive, but let's face it: I hold grudges. I'm not perfect, and I'm happy this way.
Sometimes I wish I could start life over, do the right things, and be a better person. I've learned from my mistakes and gained from my experiences. I've gotten lost in crazy beats and repetitive noise. I've felt the grief of friends dying, and the happiness of reconciliations. I've embraced the moonlight and warm bodies. I've left concerts crazy sore, and completely wired after being kicked in the head 3 times and punched twice. I've raised pets, and watched them buried in our garden when their time expired. I've cared too much, and loved too strong and don't regret it. I've broken mirrors and stepped under ladders, learning bad luck doesn't exist, only failure to look at the bright side does. I've learned music doesn't play loud enough, and the truth doesn't always prevail. I still let guilt weigh me down, and I still am confused at all the hatred in the world. I'm still young, learning, and I'm taking life day by day. Every breath is a blessing.
