As a child prodigy Jeff Rigsby or as called in some circles "Supreme Dictator 4 Life" was born with 4 out of 5 stars, two thumbs up, and a medallion proclaiming, "he is an honest to God Prince". In the years of his upbringing he performed many accomplishments through the art of Ninjitsu in the outer regions of the Yukon which is a territory in Canada, which in past years was connected to Alaska of the United States which was connected to Asia by way of a "Land Bridge" which connects Ninjitsu to the Canadian Yukon Territory. On several occasions he would be seen running through the neighborhood with a samurai sword in one hand and a decapitated doll head in the other. This was not an uncommon site in the neighborhood as everyone feared and respected Jeff, being ever so careful as to never look him in the eye, for the penalty was certain death. In his 8th year of life he was elected to "Team Destiny" and after leading a successful campaign to dethrone the Boy Scouts of America was a Co-Founder and two-term President of the "Future Leaders Of The World" or FLOTW. Local legend has it that due to his Supreme (no pun intended) intellect he forwent his middle school education to attend The Gifted Great General George Patton School For The Gifted or the GGGGPSFTG that concentrated on Global Thermonuclear War, Guerrilla Warfare, Trade Embargo Sanctions, The Occupation of France, Excerpts of Alexander The Greats Autobiography (Straight As An Arrow), Bird Migrations,and Pai Mei 5 Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique. From his graduation at GGGGPSFTG Jeff went on to high school for one year in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After graduating on day 2 due to Teacher, Principal, and Superintendent jealousy he then accepted a full ride fellowship to The North American School For Boys Who Are Meant For Greatness or TNASFBWAMFG. While attending TNASFBWAMFG he was E-1 Private, E-2, Private 1st Class, E-3 Lance Corporal, E-4 Sergeant, E-5 Sergeant, E-6 Staff Sergeant, E-7 Gunnery Sergeant, E8 Master Sergeant, E-9 First Sergeant, E-9 Master Gunnery Sergeant, E-9 Sergeant Major, Chief Warrant Officer 1, Chief Warrant Officer 2, Chief Warrant Officer 3, Chief Warrant Officer 4, Chief Warrant Officer 5, 0-1 Second Lieutenant, 0-2 First Lieutenant, 0-3 Captain, 0-4 Major, 0-5 Lieutenant Colonel, 0-6 Colonel, 0-7 Brigadier General, 0-8 Major General, 0-9 Lieutenant General, 0-10 General, and by his final year Commandant of the Academy. During his commencement speech as not only the Commandant but the Valedictorian and Salutatorian he spoke of the impact his legacy would leave and the marks he would leave behind on those he passed. With the audience in tears weeping because of the magnitude of this moment and his God given control of a crowd time stopped. Yes time itself as we know it paused for 2.46476 seconds to pay it's respect to this man. Also, it is in this speech we believe that Jeff first foreshadows to his plan for The Bridge Project when he says: The future is the crossroads of tomorrow, there for we should cross. This leads us to the present day.
