March of "07" Great Mindz released it's first artist Da Yung V.E.T. mixtape "Veteran's Day Vol.1"."Veteran's Day Vol. 1 had instant hits like "Dis How We Roll" and " Fallen Soldiers".On Veteran's Day Vol.1 Yung V.E.T. showed his versatility of not being just a rapper but an true MC.Later in that summer they through their first annual cookout in the world famous RUCKER PARK on August 11, 2007. This cookout was a fresh start for Great Mindz Combined ENT. in which they gave a performance from their first artist Yung V.E.T. and a basketball game for their first athlete Mike Franklin of Great Mindz Sports. The cookout and game was a big success and the members of Great Mindz Combined Yung V.E.T. ,TY,T-ROY ,45, CO,J-ICE,AL,FRESH,and MF decided to do the cookout and game annually.Dis is Family ft.
