About Me

The art of music and the ritual of dance are liberating experiences, providing ways for me to simultaneously find and forget myself in hypnotic beats and seamless soundscapes. I love that I am able to contribute to a scene that has given me so much joy, solace, and inspiration.

The journey into DJing and production is challenging on all fronts; it involves a huge learning curve and there have been many times that I wished for a mentor or someone to turn to for advice and overall comeraderie. Eventually, I came to find several who unknowingly inspired me and taught me valuable lessons in this industry. Selectress came about as my way to both discover and recognize those women who have served to inspire me, and in effect served to Raise the Level for all of us, simply by being their best.
