Set up in 2001, Singletrack magazine has established itself firmly within the echelons of the global bike industry as a high quality, independent publication.
Currently the editorial team squeeze out seven issues a year, which is sort of an odd number really and confuses the hell out of the newstrade, but any more and members of the team are likely to start self harming.
Based out of a canal side office in the UFO capital of the UK (No.. really) Todmorden is set in the middle of the South Pennine moors and unlike other swanky London based mags they can claim to be able to hit some of the best trails in the UK within a few hundred yards of the office front door.
Singletrack Magazine is accompanied online by its website, www.singletrackworld.com which currently attracts over a quarter of a million unique users every month. Its busy!
There is a new website on the way (has been for oooh three years now) but the staff are optimistic that they will have a new online home at some point in 2007.
