Who am I? Hmmmm I’m this complex individual that is constantly evolving into the person I am becoming. My fundamentals keep changing. As I grow I require more. I accept less. I ask more questions. I need more answers. I don’t simply accept things because I have been told that things are that way, I want to know why things are the way they are. I need empirical reasoning to back up so called facts. I need philosophical and psychological stimulation in my life... I crave it! I’m also not the typical 24yo dude. I can see the bigger picture, and for the past five years, I have been on a voyage of self-exploration. At twenty-four years old, I can say without hesitation, that I know who I am and what I want out of life. One thing i have been considering is being a foster father. I have no doubt that i will have kids of my own someday, but i never considered this option as well. When i get outta grad school i really think that im going to look into that. I used to think I needed to settle down and have kids... I wanted to meet a guy and do all that with him, but i dunno if thats the plan anymore.... if i have a husband great, but if not that would also be ok... i think people are so caught up in finding the "one" and starting a life, and for me, life is about building relationships, with as many people as possible, and to touch as many lives as you can. I never feel more alive than when I am able to shine some sort of insight on any situation.
