My name is Luke and i like Star wars, bass guitar, sleep, and food, and rude stuff. Im a painter/musician/DSW/carer/lover and a fighter. This is where ill be keeping a record of the things im doing that i might not remember when i turn 72.Im 26 on the outside but at least around 64 on the inside, my vision and hearing are fading quickly. I have played bass since i was 14 and have played in bands since high school, my first (high school) band was called Speedy Boots.Ive played bass in a few bands to fill in from time to time, these bands include The Pink Fits, Don Fernando, and i also have a stupid-song-band named The organic Tockley-Moots with Roaring Griffin and Mick Corby from Rocksteady Dub Militia. Griff and i also had a 2 peice in 98 where i played drums, called GODDAMN.I met Curley and Rogan when i was about 15 and we formed HYTEST in about 98. Ive made a lot of really awesome friends through HYTEST and we have had some really cool things happen to us, it has been way more than i ever hoped for! We continue to write cool fun music that i really dig playing, and i consider the boys brothers. What a wank.
I have just started playin in a band with Pete Kostik and Grahame from Grand Fatal! Its loud fast thrashy sludgy garage shit, and i rekon its gunna be the shit when were ready! Im really excited bout this!
I also play with 2 guys from the gong, Padraic and Lozza, were called The Ring Ins and its kinda rocknroll desert music. Think Youami stranded on the Hume for a year!? hopefully gunna start giggin soon!! Also really cool fun music where i fingerpick like a girl!
