Red Vines.
Someone who doesn't speak like the kids on Laguna Beach.
I like it.
I watch a lot of them. This is where you are supposed to wow everyone with the obscure art film you like or show them that you only see what's at the top of the box office this week. But I really watch them all. But, so I don't feel like a pretentious turd, I will allow this little gem: When I was living at home after college, working at a security guard job from midnight to 8 am, I came home to watch "Can't Hardly Wait." in it's entirety for two weeks in a row. The truth will set you free, friends! I bet that the person that put down "The Bicycle Thief" and "Seven Samurai" as their favorites are rethinking that one right about now.
Is The A-Team still on? I love that B.A. Barracus. You know what B.A. stands for? Bad Attitude. Damn straight.
I'll be serious. Anything Vonnegut - specifically Sirens of Titan The Prophet - Kahlil Gibran (Can I take this off the list now that it was featured in Walk the Line?) Be Chill - Ned Vizzini (Check this book out for squibs) Perks of Being a Wallflower - Stephen Chbosky The Great Gatsby - Fitzgerald Metamorphosis - Kafka Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close - Jonathan Safran Foer Etc. Etc. Etc.
WE can be heroes - if just for one day.
