About Me

During the school year I'm a college student at UNT. I'm studying to be an elementry school teacher. I'm almost done I have two more classes then I start student teaching. It doesn't look like I'll graduate until May '09 now because I'm holding out to student teach in a particular district and to have enough money saved up to support myself through a whole year of teaching with out payment. Tell me again why I chose this degree???I was the Talent Coordinator for Eclipse Entertainment, a production company that plans corporate parties. It was fun but could be very stressfull. The job didn't end when I left the office and that was trying at times but I still loved the industry and I got to go to some kick ass parties!! I got laid off though and moved to NYC for a little bit. It was a blast and I miss it alot but all good things must come to an end. I'll probably go back someday. I met a lot of awesome people. Wut up to my girls from Mercury Bar! Now I'm back in Texas. Spent my first month back pretty much focused on decorating Chesleys apartment. It looks pretty cool. If he ever has a party you should go check it out. Now I am keeping myself busy with 2 jobs. I'm leasing apartments. (if you know of anyone looking to move to Grapevine let me know) I'm also working at the Gaylord Hotel. And I'm still working parties every once and awhile with Eclipse and Bar10. Fun stuff but I feel super busy. I miss my friends so once I finally move to Grapevie (Feb I think) and get settled into a routine I want to start hanging out with everyone again!! Love you guys!I enjoy dancing at the clubs as well as on stage. I have been dancing since I was 12. I've done a bit of professional work in the area and I love going to the theatre to see shows. I'm always up for seing a musical. I love seeing movies too.I had a boyfriend whom I love. We were high school sweetheats and after a few years apart we tried to make it work but I guess it's still not our time. But I'm not ready to move on so if you are looking for a friend, I'm your girl. If you're looking for something else, keep looking. And that's a bit about me! ; )

Music:

Since I'm a dancer you'd think I would have a passion for music too but I think my brother got that trait. I just listen to whatever's on the radio and don't even own any cd's. I know, I'm a freak, what can I say. I do enjoy music, and I love to dance to music but I don't have any favorite bands or singers. I like all types of music though...

Movies:

I like all types of movies too. From action to romantic comedies. My favorite movie(s) are the Back to The Future movies. Can't get enough of them. I also love the Harry Potter movies.

Television:

When I have the time to sit down and watch it I like to watch MTV and E!. I try to catch So You Think You Can Dance, Grey's Anatomy, America's Next Top Model, and Project Runway. I watched The entire run of Gilmore Girls in one year and was so bummed when the series ended. I had been emmersed in Stars Hallow for a whole year then it was taken away from me, it hurt. I just satrted watching Army Wives on Lifetime. Its ok but all the talk of war makes me sad. I'm about to start watching the new series Greek because my friend Scott Foster is on it. (Way to go Scott). I used to hardly ever sit down in front of the tv and when I did it was usually just to hang out with my dad and we watched the discovery channel and a lot of Overhaulin', Chip Foose is the man! I like makeover shows of all kinds.

Books:

Harry Potter, they're the only books I've read in the past 5 years besides school books. I love Harry Potter!! I'm reading the Sleepimg Beauty series by Anne Rice now...it's juciy and very erotic. Not your everyday fairytale and not for those under the age of 18!

Heroes:

My dad...and Captain Planet, partly because I worked for him once. Yeah my boss when I was in a show at Six Flags was Robert Keith and he was the voice of Captain Planet as well as Skelator from He-man. Anyone remember He-man?
