Mostly non-fiction. History, biographies, medical, science, NLP, swimming and anything to do with the brain and human behaviour etc. Have been known to enjoy a limited amount of fiction.
Lynne Cox (her mental strength is frightening!) - read her book "Swimming to Antarctica" even if you are not a swimmer, you may get something out of it.
