YNA formed in July of 2007 as the band Blinded By Fury, in an attempt to bring brutality and musicianship back to the local hardcore scene. After a few lineup changes, BBF decided that it was time to start fresh. So by November of 2007, Your Nightmare Awaits was born, bringing forth a mixture of brutal Death Metal in the vein of With Blood Comes Cleansing and Dying Fetus with the bone-crushing melodic hardcore of Emmure and For The Fallen Dreams. YNA spent much time pushing this musical on-slaught creating a name for itself around the local scene. Check out our show schedule for a date near you.
