About Me

I grew up in Ivory Coast, France, and every state on the West Coast (except Alaska), but somehow have been stuck in rainy Seattle since 1996. I'm currently a law student, aspiring to be a world traveler. Interesting tidbits about me: raised by missionaries; seriously addicted to chocolate (but only the dark stuff); yoga sometime-devotee and sun worshipper. Interesting stuff I've done: Seattle 911 Operator for 3 years; WTO protest; safari in Kenya and Amazon rainforest eco-tour; road trips all over the U.S. (do we sense a travel theme here?); and strangely enough, have been the victim of a bird attack on 3 separate occasions...

My Interests

Africa is the one true love of my life. Beyond that: dancing (I find uncomfortably close parallels to the movie Footloose in my high school years); books; food (preferably natural, high quality, and made from scratch).

I'd like to meet:

travelers, scholars, artists, and just generally smart, soulful, open-minded people

The Interpreter, Amistad, Cool Hand Luke, Italian for Beginners, The Red Violin

Television:

The only show I make time for is The Amazing Race, but I sometimes like to catch reruns of Sex & the City (it's like comfort food).

The Best Ambience
