Despot King is a culmination of years of musical study and life experiences of "Bob" that brings many different genres into a new musical thought process."Bob" began his formal music training at a local college excelling in music theory. His studies specialized in improvisational jazz and blues guitar. However, his musical tastes drew him into the local rock/metal scene where he excelled at applying what he learned to genre."Bob" has done various stand-in work for local cover acts, studio work, and form various original acts. After years of frustration and the advent of computer aided composition, "Bob" began Despot King as a means to address the lack of musical expression and development he desired. His music is an extension of his personality and interests which makes his compositions compelling.Recently relocated to Omaha, NE from West Michigan. Despot king will surely make an impact as in Michigan.
