We go out and perform for thousands of people a day. That's thousands of smiles a day. People with a negative attitude towards work, learning, themselves, other people, life in general...will not make the cut. So come with a smile on! We pay more than anyone else because we are the very best, so bring your best and neither of us will b e dissapointed.
Are you an athlete?
We work hard for 5 hours a day on average, and this is extreme physical activity. Jumping around, spinning the sign in ridiculous ways, dancing, waving, going nuts to get attention. Look at it, this is aerobic exercise. You get paid while you exercise, and the better you get at what you do, the more money you make. Unlimited growth potential - we train our own managers and sales agents. So - Where do YOU want to be in 5 years???

Well, if you can use public transportation you can effectively work with us. We want you to work as close to your home as possible initially, but as your work your way up through the ranks you will find opportunities for work in other markets in which Aarrow Advertising operates, including Las Vegas, San Diego, Washington DC, Pheonix, and others. You will start as a local star and as you rise in the ranks you will find yourself featured in videos, on tv, in newspapers - the possibilites are endless. Aarrow Advertising is looking for young entrepreneurs who want to learn how to run their own business, from the ground up as well as those that recognize the relationship between hard work and rising to the top. This isn't a bureacracy - the harder you work, the higher you will rise. We provide endless instruction in training in our Aarrow methodology, as well as business management, sales, graphic design, and life in general.
Positions:
Aarrow Sign Spinners are our most basic human resource; everyone in our company starts out as an Aarrow Sign Spinner. EVERYONE. From our CEO to our Directors of Operations, everyone is proficient at sign spinning. You wouldn't buy a suit from someone wearing a t-shirt would you? Then why trust in a service offered by someone that can't demonstrate its beauty and effectiveness. As an Aarrow Sign Spinner, you will work with a group of 2-7 individuals at a time in a fun and exciting environment while making $10-20 / per hr. You will earn additional $$$ per trick that you learn. This is the entry position, but the following become available as you rise through the ranks.
Aarrow Spin-structors recruit, hire, train, and manage all Aarrow Sign Spinners. Commission is offered based on the performance of Sign Spinners that you manage. Position involves application of motivational theory, management techniques, and applicant screening. Aarrow Marketing Agents (AMA) are responsible for creating and implementing marketing mixes that will create a strong international brand name for Aarrow, as well as customizing solutions for each location that we service. Commission is offered for consultation on large accounts. In short, there is a lot of money to be made if you work hard.
Aarrow Sales Agents (ASA) are responsible for conducting sales calls / presentations and work with corporate decision makers. Commission is offered based on the amount of service you sell. Many bonuses and incentives for those that become successful members of our team, including paid vacations, prizes, and all pay raises based on performance and mastery of our vast array of dazzling moves.
