No Limit was created in the spring of 2007 when members of the Perry Family and Wire and Wood decided to combine and form a new group. After the first rehersal, they knew they had something special. Even though they are a relatively new band, they are quickly becoming known for their superb harmonies and sparkling instrumental talents. The band consists of Wes Perry, Leah Perry, Ryan Price, Chris Vandertuin, Karen Perry, and Bobby Price.
Wes has been playing banjo since he was twelve and picked up the mandolin at ninteen. He contributes his talent on both instruments as well as singing. He has a great ear for harmony and a strong lead voice. He is also a member of Hickory Hill.
Karen is the bass player for the group. She may look small and sweet, but she can pick the fire out that bass. She began playing bass when her parents gave her a bass for a high school graduation present. She still plays that same bass today.
Leah is Wes and Karen's daughter. She sings and plays fiddle for the band. Just like her dad, she has a great ear for harmony. She also proudly claims the title of being the youngest in the band.
Bobby plays resophonic guitar (dobro) in the band. His biggest musical influence is Rob Ickes. He claims, not proudly, the title of the oldest in the group.
Ryan, Bobby's son, is a singer, guitar player, and part time mandolin player. He is the least experienced out of the whole group, but he is, by no means, lacking in talent.
Chris is the lead guitar player for the group. He also has a very strong voice for singing lead or bass in the gospel/a cappella numbers. Before joining with No Limit, he toured with Alan Munde and the Country Gazette.
