The bee stung my bottom now my bottom's big.

About Me

I get dizzy after eating too many Cadbury eggs, but that doesn't stop me from annihilating an entire box over the span of an evening.

My Interests

I like to write . I like web design . I like to take pictures . I like to take even more pictures . I like music . I like creating profiles on the internet.

I like to run even though I have bad knees. I surf even though I hate surfers. I like to play baseball even if my team is last in the league. I enjoy cycling, sans spandex shorts .

I like computers, cell phones and giant televisions that are wide-aspect ratio and have a silver finish. I can spend hours in the Apple store even if I refuse to pay the inflated prices. I like electronic devices that have lights or make some kind of noise.

I enjoy spending my money on these types of things even though I only have a bottle of water and a slice of Kraft American cheese in my refrigerator at home.

Priorities.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to start mingling with rowdy barflies, especially the ones that get aggressive and violent after one too many drinks. Not that I'd be getting in any fights, mind you. I'd be the one picking them up from the drunk tank the next morning and taking them to breakfast at Denny's.

I just want to live vicariously through someone who has no qualms with losing his front teeth or fear of spending consecutive nights on a urine-stained floor of county jail.

Music:

Justice - D.A.N.C.E.

Two Gallants - The Scenery of Farewell

Cajun Dance Party - Demo

Grinderman - Self titled

Everything else can be found over at Last.fm .

Movies:

300 , Zodiac , and The Wind That Shakes the Barley .

The first was groan-inducingly cheesy but enjoyable on some primal, slightly homoerotic level. The second was excellent but left you dizzy by the end with the amount of names and data spewing from Jake Gyllenhaal's hyper-obsessive character. The third was also a great film, but horribly depressing, as much of Irish history is.

Television:

Dodger baseball!

Books:

The Kite Runner . I just started, but so far I'm enjoying it.

Heroes:

I haven't paid much attention to the personal sacrifices made by others lately.

While putting in my time at the gym last night, I was forced to call an intermission and use the restroom. Unbeknownst to me, you're supposed to moderate water intake during the course of a workout, r...

Two Wheel Mania

Do I risk life and limb for the sake of looking cool? Is the pure joy of 80mph on two rubber tires with nothing more than a helmet and padded jacket to protect me worth the obvious danger? Can I use t...

Internet Meets the Mainstream

A couple of friends and I watched the latest X-Men installment last night. As far as brainless action/adventure movies go, the supposed final mutant saga passes muster, but placed next to its two cine...

I ran my first Bay to Breakers this past weekend. Now that it's over and done with, I can say this was by far the strangest, largest and most lively running event I've ever taken part of. Elaborate co...
