I've just completed my degree in Culinary Arts Management, and graduated in September. Although my education is in hospitality I want a career within the music industry. When I went on my placement year to Gordon Ramsay at Claridges in 2005, I realised my passion didn't lie within catering but in music instead. I want to use my management skills from this course and transfer them to ultimately manage a metal band and be surrounded by music 24/7. I'm completely serious when it comes to my change in direction, I know where I want to get to it's just getting there. I work at Kerrang radio as a Roadie, and love every second of it.In 2010 I'm travelling around Scandinavia for six months, so at the moment I'm trying to save money to be able to do it. I think it's such a beautiful part of the world, and I can't wait to see the Northern Lights in Norway, stay in the ice hotel and be surrounded by snow! I've waited a looooooooooooooong time to travel, and deserve a good holiday from six years straight of study. After that I will be working my ass off to make it in the music industry. Music is my passion, and I wouldn't be who I am now without it. I try and get to as many gigs as possible, and Street Team when I can.
