I have worked in the Human Services field for 8+ years, the last seven years being with Luteran Family Services. I am the Facility/Program Manager of a group home for people who have sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). A TBI by definition is an outside force/blow to the head which damages the brain in some capacity. We serve six wonderful clients, who bless our lives daily. We have five males and one female and they range in age from 22-53.I try to live my life by the princable of making a positive impact on the lives that I have the pleasure of coming in contact with. I place a lot of value in relationships and I feel they are one of the most important assests that you can have.I feel that nothing happens by circumstance and to embrace that is a true key to not only a way of life but a sign of knowledge.
