My son says I was a stoner in High school, I was really a music fan, I saw Jim Hendrix. the Doors, Bee Gees , and more when I lived in Germany . I went to San Francisco in the summer of love in 1969. same year that the Gap came to town. thats why the tee shirts say 1969. That was the year of free concerts in Golden Gate park in San Francisco. I met Gracie Slick of the Jefferson Airplane,then later in 1987 , I saw her at the mall with her daughter China and I had Travis in a stroller and she stopped and said what a beautiful baby. Music has always been life itself to me. When I was in high school it was what save me from a miserable childhood. Now my sons play in different bands NORAVENU// and INVERNESS!!!!!!!!! and all I can do is support them because I know that music=life. I prefer the term rocker to stoner. I still listen to the Doors, but Travis introduced me to Green Day and I have them on my ipod . My second group in the Chili Peppers. I love anthony. Adam left his Ozzfest cd at my house and I got Drowning Pool off of that one. I love my kids, they are the most important thing in my life. They both live in the Bay Area and the coolest thing for me now is myspace cause I can see their pics and friends and talk to them. I enjoy meeting their friends and Adams bestfriend jon is like family to me. I have two dogs and of course my crazy husband Mark who is also very into music. He likes the Black Keys and the Shins. Im not like other 50 years olds, I am trying to change what people think about being 50, Im not trying to be young, I just am. Maybe I never grew up, thats what my kids say, but you are as young as you feel and maybe its the music that keeps you alive. LONG LIVE ROCK
