This site is to help promote the election of one of the greatest shortstops in Major League Baseball history to the Hall of Fame, Dave Concepcion. A member of the greatest baseball teams ever, the 1975 & 1976 Cincinnati Reds "Big Red Machine", he helped pilot the team to 6 National League West Pennants, won the 1982 All-Star Game MVP, was a 9 time All-Star and a 5 time Gold Glove Award Winner. Was named team Captain in 1983 and elected to the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame in 2000. His uniform #13, will be retired by the Cincinnati Reds in ceremonies on August 25, 2007 at Great American Ball Park.
