About Me

**NOTE: PLEASE READ!!! My friends list is now comprised of: family, old and current friends, recent acquaintances, music figures, and new myspace peeps from my groups I would like to keep up with. If you find me interesting and want to ADD me, please just message me first, and I may ADD you. If you DO NOT message me first, which implies you are NOT even bothering reading my profile, I will DENY the request automatically. Contrary to some myspace members, I am not here to amass an army of fantastic looking strangers, listed as friends. I will delete myspace connections, if we do not "speak" on a regular basis, thank you.
My proper name is Paul Francisco Chien and I am a gifted amateur. I am Chinese/Japanese and Mexican (Mexica Indian/Spanish) and nowhere near being photogenic. Funny looking and I know it, I enjoy the arts, mythology, anthropology, history, science, drinking water, dancing at least twice a week, and potassium-rich bananas. I AM A CAT PERSON, though I have love for all animals. I buy too many DVDs, records and CDs and have nothing to complain about, I love my life, who I am, and the painful turning which made it all possible. Idealistically, you could describe my political ideology is fiscally responsible governments that know when to regulate, a tree-huggin' pragmatist who is all about fair bid contracts, state's rights, and campaign finance reform. I believe in being rational, tolerant, and humane over any religious dogma. Usury kills. Somewhat agnostic, I am deeply spiritual.
Truth in advertising: On my darker side, I can be a walking rant at times, co-dependent and sensitive, overly passionate and idealistic. Procrastinator and log bump, I do things when I feel like it or inspiration hits me like a flood. Manic like a Robt. Williams painting, I am magma one moment and then cool as an Otter Pop the next. Typical Leo and Type 7 Enthusiast . It takes a lot of strife to heat me overall as a lion aquatique. I am tilling my patience, working on grace.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

A representative of Publisher's Clearing House at my doorstep, holding a ridiculously over-sized check made out to me. Aishwarya Rai...mmm. David Sedaris on a passenger plane in the midst of touching the back of someone's head. Anyone who would stimulate mutual laughter, thought, or pleasure from us hanging out. A muse. Friends only for right now.

I am definitely a work in progress...
