About Me

My name is Nick Kahn, I'm originally from Northern California but now live in North Hollywood. I like to write and make short films. My Production Company Serial Entertainment just completed production on our new short film The Egg Farmer . We're also in post-production for our feature length documentary about traumatic brain injury, "Silent Epidemic," and in pre-production for several other projects.

I'm a laid back kind of guy and I have a very neutral attitude. Some people say that I am indifferent to everything; that doesn't mean I'm not interested, it just means I don't really care. Besides movies, I like Zen Buddhism, gourmet food, poker, frisbee golf, tennis , travelling the world, and talking philosophy.

My Interests

short films, writing (movies), watching movies, poker/backgammon, spending time in my beautiful apartment, outdoors, travelling, driving in the parking lane, philosophy, conversation, and time travel.

I'd like to meet:

Film people; especially those with equipment or locations. Cinephiles; to discuss our mutual distaste for Paul Haggis. Sports people; I'm always looking for someone to play with. Especially Tennis (4.5), downhill/freestyle skiing, rock climbing/bouldering ,and frisbee golf, but I love ALL games and outdoor activity. I'm also extremely interested in meeting someone who has travelled through time or has a time machine.
